Things I Shoulda Posted Weeks Ago

Near impossible to articulate how the last episode if this season's SNL is like the most unforeseeable bookend to some legitimate necessary endings that were the last seven years.  Not so much the "I'm finally off he nose candy!" necessary as much as a "there is a time for everything under the blah blah bitty blah..." and the like. If SNL serves as the meta-narrative constant that has knit  my ever-changing (and appropriately so) life together for the better part of a decade, the cast singing goodbye to  K. Wiig (not to mention Samberg's final line in the TBD last Digital Short ever) hit me in the face like something really heavy hitting someone in the face. Twas cray cakes to the max of crying myself a river I did not see coming: Seeing the DirtyDozen about to graduate high school; knowing my 08ers are leaving college and fully absorbing that jazz. It's like a whole thing.
